Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Conducting a comparative financial operational analysis of the Bookstore's historical financial performance while operated by Follett, th Univeristy’s third party provider. The analysis should include a SWAT type analysis and benchmark to industry standards. 2.2 Provide analysis and report regarding issues confronting the bookstore industry and the University's Bookstore, in particular with respect to textbooks/course materials (All forms from digital, virtual, hard copy, rental and used) and trends associated with student buying habits/preferences. How can the operation be enhanced to make it easier for faculty and students. Consultant will be required to present their findings to a steering committee and senior level management of the University.
