Specifications include, but are not limited to:Berkshire Community College - One Stop Center Renovations/Roof, Pittsfield, MA. This project includes addition and renovation to the first floor of the Field Administration building, and replacement of roofing system on this building and the adjacent Fine and Performing Arts Center. Work will include demolition, hazardous material abatement, enclosure of an existing covered exterior walkway, a small addition of a new entrance and lobby. Renovations will provide new enclosed offices. A fire sprinkler system will be installed. Minor plumbing upgrades. A new heating, cooling and ventilation system will be installed. New electrical work will include new power, lighting, fire alarm, security, telecom/data, and door access control.
