Specifications include, but are not limited to: The provision of Before School, After School and Summer Structured Program for the 5-year period beginning July 1, 2019 and ending June 30, 2024. • Licensee is restricted to providing before, after school, and summer structured programs to students enrolled in the Marlborough Public Schools, Grades K-8. • Before and after school program sites must be offered at Richer Elementary, Kane Elementary, Jaworek Elementary and Whitcomb Middle School. On the second year of the contract, services must also be offered at the new elementary school. Proposals with enrollment minimums will not be considered. The vendor and the School District may reevaluate the need for a program at Whitcomb Middle School once the new elementary school is open and grades serviced at the elementary level become K-5. • The winning Proposer will be required to execute and abide by all terms as detailed in the License agreement included with the RFP, or a License in a substantially similar format.
