This Project consists of a phased interior renovation focused on upgrading building systems, enhancing life safety, and improving accessibility. The scope includes replacing existing rooftop HVAC units (RTUs), installing new Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes, and upgrading thermostats to improve energy efficiency and climate control. A full automatic sprinkler system will be installed throughout the building to meet current fire protection standards, along with a new code-compliant fire alarm system. ADA-related improvements will be made to ensure accessible paths of travel and compliance with current accessibility requirements. The project may also involve the reconfiguration of certain interior spaces, including the possible relocation of program areas and the addition of new restrooms to support revised functional needs.
