Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide all equipment, materials, and labor (except where noted) to: a. demolish the saw-cut areas of the existing sidewalks at the beginning of the accessible walkway as noted on the attached plans. Provide appropriate disposal of all demotion debris; b. remove (6) tagged trees, stumps and subgrade root mass as identified by Town staff; c. excavate all organic soils beneath ramps, sidewalks, landings, light pole bases, and bench mounting pads. Stockpiling on site will be allowed; d. prepare the compacted sub grade of non organic soils in all areas of hardscaping. The minimum compacted base will be 8” below hardscape element underside; e. form and place concrete walkways, landings, mounting pads, light pole bases to provided plans. (see reinforcement details); f. install conduit and wiring for the site lighting improvements (light pole and luminaire to be provided by Town).
