Central Administration (Priority Location) Target Location: Proximity to 2300 Washington Street, Roxbury, MA (Bruce C. Bolling Municipal Building area). Capacity Required: ~100 spaces. Requirement: Spaces must be within a 5-10 minute walk of the target address or serviced by a reliable shuttle option. B. District-Wide Regional Needs BPS is looking for discounted rate structures in the following operational zones. Please indicate availability in any of the following neighborhoods: Zone 1 (North/East): East Boston, Charlestown, North End. Zone 2 (Central/West): Allston, Brighton, Fenway, Mission Hill. Zone 3 (South Boston/Dorchester): South Boston, Dorchester (North/South). Zone 4 (Southwest): Jamaica Plain, Roslindale, West Roxbury. Zone 5 (Southern): Hyde Park, Mattapan.
