To this end, we seek committed and flexible partners to assist in the development and implementation of Boston Pre-K. Effective implementation will require time and commitment from all levels of partner organizations, including the families, teaching staff, boards of directors, and financial and operational staff. Family Child Care providers are required to make a time commitment to program quality enhancements, including curriculum support, coaching and professional development (PD), family engagement and comprehensive services, enrollment, program monitoring, and fiscal reporting. When possible, FCC meetings, professional development, and coaching will be provided between 1-3 pm, after 6 pm, or on Saturdays. Providers must budget and plan for additional staff coverage when needed.
