The vendor will provide auto body repair and painting services for Town vehicles and equipment, to include but not be limited to general body repair, dent repair, component replacement for exterior/interior body components, collision damage repair, glass repair/replacement including windshields, painting all or portions of vehicle bodies, and other repair services. All repair work must be accomplished in an expert and expeditious manner and to the discretion of DPW Master Mechanic. Any repairs, service, or parts the vendor deems necessary beyond the original estimate must be pre-approved by the Town. The Town must obtain written estimates for each repair before approval is given to proceed. Location of repair shop must be within a 30 minute drive of the Brewster Department of Public Works. Participation from all Departments is not guaranteed and will be determined at the discretion of the Town.
