A. Project Description: The project will include work at three (3) separate sites. The first project site is located at Harrington Elementary Athletic Fields directly adjacent to the Harrington Elementary School, 328 Lowell Street, Lexington, MA 02421. The second project site is located at Bowman Elementary Athletic Fields directly adjacent to the Bowman Elementary School, 9 Philip Road, Lexington, MA 02421. The third project site is located at Franklin Field directly adjacent to the Franklin School Apartments, Allen Street, Lexington, MA 02421. 1. Protection of existing structures, roadways, parking areas, utilities, landscape areas and associated facilities as indicated on the Drawings. B. Worker CORI Requirements 1. The project will be underway when School is in session, and the fields are located directly adjacent to Harrington Elementary School, Bowman Elementary School, and Jonas Clarke Middle School. All workers on-site are required to have a CORI completed with the Town of Lexington. Refer to the Town of Lexington Agreement included in the Project Manual for CORI requirements. Contractor shall allow for 5 business days for CORI review prior to mobilization. C. Deliveries to the Site & Sidewalk Access 1. School will be in session for the duration of this project. Contractor shall schedule deliveries/ removals outside of the pick-up/drop-off times of the school day. Dropoff/Pick-up access shall remain open during drop-off and pick-up times during the day, and the Contractor shall ensure the site is secure especially at the Construction Entrance during these times. a. Morning Drop-off: 8:00am – 9:00am b. Afternoon Pick-up: 2:50pm - 3:50pm D. Site Preparation 1. Install sedimentation and erosion control measures, construction fencing, and construction entrances as indicated on the Drawings.
