Specifications include, but are not limited to: Interested and qualified architects and graphic designers for architectural and graphic design services for businesses in commercial districts in the City of Boston including, but not limited to Boston Main Streets districts for the period of service January 15, 2022 through June 30, 2023. A typical business storefront improvement or architectural project could include, but is not limited to: ● repairing/restoring/re-cladding or painting exterior facades; ● repairing/replacing storefront systems, including windows and doors; ● removing solid roll down grates; ● replacing/providing exterior business signs, window graphics and/or exterior awnings; ● replacing/repairing exterior lighting; ● exterior seating enhancements; and/or ● interior renovation only as required by new exterior work.
