Specifications include, but are not limited to: procure technical application management professional services for the City s PeopleSoft ERP environments, including: 1) Managerial oversight and coordination of the technical operations and requirements of the PIA and the City s overall technical infrastructure Ongoing application of patch/fix bundles 2) Routine PeopleSoft System Administration (migrations, performance tuning, etc.) 3) Gather and communicate monitoring, service performance and availability metrics Routine Database Administration (building and refreshing environments as needed, database tuning, etc.) 4) As needed technical and functional troubleshooting support for the PeopleSoft applications critical processes and the PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA) 5) As needed, technical application and infrastructure support for new initiatives (upgrades, application enhancements, etc.) 6) Technical infrastructure support 7) Technical help desk support.
