Specifications include, but are not limited to: -Monitor and patrol parking lot throughout the day (attendants) -Power sweep parking lot once during the spring - during this sweeping all sand will be removed from the parking lots -Supervise trash removal contract -Supervise all required sup-contractor maintenance and repairs -Coordinate and supervise snow removal contract, including shoveling walkways and the purchase and application of de-icing agents -Conduct daily site inspections and reporting problems to Massport -Ensure the secure operation of the facility and coordinate the towing of unauthorized vehicles in and around the parking areas -Coordinate upkeep of parking lot lighting -Coordinate painting and striping
