Auxiliary Enterprises is seeking a qualified vendor to provide the laundry services contract. The University requests that this bid be priced on a per pound (lbs.) basis. The weighing of the linens must be dry and not wet. Price to include washing, drying, folding of towels and any other terry products. For any bedding linens, all will be pressed and sorted by size when delivered. Price should include bins used for pickup of dirty linens and drop-off of clean linens. Also included should be cleaning of our linens separate from any other customer, reclaiming (spotting and treating of any still stained) dirty linens. Bid price must be all inclusive of any or all service fees, pickup-up and delivery charges. No additional service fees, delivery, freight charges or fuel surcharges will be paid.
