Specifications include, but are not limited to: This RFP seeks to secure the services of an advertising firm that has extensive experience inproviding marketing and advertising services in similar arena type venues with preferably aCentral Massachusetts client base.Scope of service is to provide advertising signs sales service for the Worcester Public Schools atCommerce Bank Field at Foley Stadium. Advertising signs sales will include, but not be limitedto specific areas of the facility. These specific areas include the electronic sign, the fence aroundthe football field, the area around the press box, the scoreboard and the concession stand.Commerce Bank Field at Foley Stadium (aka Worcester Athletic Field) is the "home" field of theWorcester Public Schools. Over 150 school sports events (football, soccer, lacrosse, fieldhockey and track and field) are held on site annually. The newly renovated facility has a yearround sports turf field and a first class running track. In addition, in 2010, further improvementsto the high jump and long jump pits were completed. The facility is rented to area sportsprograms when not in use by the Public Schools.Approximately 10, 000 tickets were sold for football, soccer and field hockey games in 2010.Baseball, softball, lacrosse and track/field events played at the stadium have no admission fee.MIAA events are held at the stadium, drawing fans from all over the Commonwealth
