Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide and install the following equipment with all associated labor and components necessary to operate a new Brivo Cloud-Based Access Control System at 500 Great Road, Littleton, MA 01460: A. Install Brivo OnAir Cloud-Based Access Control System: • System must include two (2) sixteen door trove panels with built in Altronix power supplies to be located in the IT Room for a total of thirty-two (32) doors and one (1) gate. B. Install Panic Button: • Install one (1) panic button in the Interview Room with wiring and connections to the light in the Dispatch Office. C. Replace Readers: • Replace thirty-one (31) card readers with HID multiclass readers. D. Replace Card Reader at Gate: • Replace one (1) card reader at gate with multiclass dual credential model. E. Perform Wiring, Programming & Testing: • Attempt to utilize existing functioning electric strikes from existing system. • Cutover all existing wiring from the current access control panel to the new one. • Connect panel to the network, program and test. F. Provide Client Education: • Educate client on the use and management of the new system. • Provide recommendations for maintenance activities and related schedule(s). • Inform client of warrantee requirements or conditions as necessary.
