Bidder’s SaaS Registry must provide at least the following functionality: SaaS Registry must have the ability to be white-labelled and branded in accordance with EOHHS branding requirements. A robust electronic matching functionality that enables Consumer-Employers and PCAs to search easily for matches based on criteria including, but not limited to, special skills, schedule, location, and language proficiency. A method to verify user data such as Medicaid enrollment status and credentialing; and include the ability to make custom data exchanges via API calls. The ability to create and support the following user types: Consumer-Employer(s). Is a person to whom a personal care attendant provides personal care services. Consumer-Employers or their Surrogates hire and manage PCAs. Consumer-Employers require the ability to set up flexible profiles to represent their location, needed services, associated health and home conditions, and schedule requirements among other data elements. Personal Care Attendants (PCAs). Is a person, including a personal aide, who has been selected by a Consumer-Employer or the Consume-Employer’s surrogate to provide personal care services to persons with disabilities or seniors under the MassHealth personal care attendant program or any successor program.
