Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide integrated behavioral health service and supports through an array of home and community-based services for MassHealth Members under 21 years of age with significant behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs, and their families. Services include Intensive Care Coordination (ICC), Family Support and Training (FS&T), In-Home Therapy (IHT), In-Home Behavioral Services (IHBS), Therapeutic Mentoring (TM), and Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI). MCI, IHBS, IHT, and ICC all occur at professional and paraprofessional levels, each with its own rate. FS&T and TM occur only at the paraprofessional level. The majority of services are purchased for eligible MassHealth Members through Managed Care Entities (MCEs)—that is, Accountable Care Partnership Plans (ACPPs), Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), and MassHealth’s behavioral health vendor.
