“Stevens Street Culvert Rehabilitation". The work consists of the partial demolition and replacement of the existing stone headwalls with cast in place concrete headwalls. This work also includes lining the existing concrete culvert barrels with CIPP lining and removal and replacement of the existing roadway surface and guardrails over the structure.
