0011 - HVAC improvements Druid Hill Location

Heat and Cool air circulation on the first floor is not evenly distributed to reach the kitchen area (approx. 22.5ft X33.8ft) the kitchen does have vents in the drop ceiling. The building has a small addition named the Atrium (approx. 77ftX13.5ft). The Atrium currenlty has three electrical heating/air combo units (sea Breeze) that do not force enough air to heat and cool the area. 
The first floor is being suplemented by a split system Carrier unit on the roof of the building the Atrium is not included .Looking for improvements or alternative options to supplement these two areas with Heat and Cool air with the current system or an alternative that will meet the same intent.
