Specifications include, but are not limited to: B. Day Time Janitorial / Day Porter Services shall include, but not be limited to: • Monitoring and cleaning as needed approximately 4000 sq. ft. of public areas including: hallways, kitchens, lobbies, break rooms, restrooms and other public areas. • Set-ups before and after meetings including checking auditorium, training room, and conference rooms for cleanliness. • Restrooms shall be inspected and cleaned to ensure cleanliness and replacement of supplies (i.e. toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap) as necessary to maintain a healthy environment. • Responds to spills and other unexpected housekeeping issues. • Monitor public area trash and recycling containers and empty as needed. • Assists M-NCPPC Parks grounds staff in keeping areas immediately outside of entrances and exits free of snow and ice. • Responds and corrects minor plumbing fixture stoppages and overflows. • May help receive deliveries as requested by M-NCPPC Parks Staff. • May help building tenants move bulky items as requested by M-NCPPC Parks Staff. C. Night-Time Cleaning Services shall encompass all interior areas, including, but not limited to: all rooms, common areas, pantry areas, conference rooms, auditorium, restrooms, locker rooms, storage areas, fitness center, child care center, kitchen food service areas, seating areas, vending areas, building entrances, lobbies, corridors, ceilings to include return and supply air diffusers, stairways, hallways, mechanical rooms, electrical rooms, communication rooms, janitorial closets, coat closets, elevators, garage elevator lobbies, and loading dock.
