The Contractor shall supply all tools, equipment, and supplies for performing the following services: Open, clean, inspect, (waterside and fireside) boilers once during the summer. Have boilers and pressure vessels and their associated systems and equipment ready for inspection by the Inspecting Agency. Make any repairs and abate any issues noted by the Inspecting Agency or the licensed Stationary Engineer(s) assigned to the boiler/water heating/pressure vessel equipment. Close boilers/water heating/pressure vessel equipment and prepare for firing/operation once they have passed their mandatory annual inspection. New gaskets shall be installed upon closing. Repairs to tubes, refractory, stacks, gaskets, ventilation and related plumbing (water, gas, fuel oil, landfill gas, etc.), sheet metal, and all other elements supporting safe, effective boiler/water heater/pressure vessel operation are to be included in the inspection process, and in preventive maintenance and repairs.
