Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 The Contractor shall pump and clean (power wash) the specified facilities. All debris, sludge, floatables and liquids shall be removed and hauled to a permitted disposal facility. 2.2 Contractor shall secure all tank lids upon completion of pumping. 2.3 Contractor shall provide proper preparation and packaging of debris, sludge, floatables and liquids for transportation to a permitted disposal facility, including but not limited to, preparation of manifests, disposal certificates and supporting verifications and all other required documentation, packaging in proper containers, labeling, and other requirements as may be currently in force or promulgated by the County, State, or Federal Government. Contractor shall accurately record transport activity via shipping manifests. This information shall be made available to the County upon request.
