The NAICS code is 722310 (Food Service Contractors) and the Small Business Standard is $47.0 (millions of dollars). The proposed requirement is for food and beverage catering at the United States Naval Academy (USNA) in Annapolis, Maryland for which the Government intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order to the quoter that is most advantageous to the Government. This requirement will be solicited on a sole source basis with Naval Academy Business Services Division.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. All bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government.

A determination has been made by the Government to award this proposed effort on a sole source basis to Naval Academy Business Services Division. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Procedures in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures are applicable to this procurement.
