Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, insurance, supervision, etc. required to perform the following: 1. Major and Minor interior/exterior electrical services, which could include but not limited to; connecting whips for modular furniture, running new circuits, installing new/additional panels, changing or adding outlets and installing electrical lines for specific equipment. 2. Tracing electrical runs to determine breaks, amperage, volts and if multiple outlets are on one circuit or run. 3. Repairs and/or troubleshoot existing electric, including electrical shorts, breaks and lack of service within workstation runs. 4. Installation of new and/or existing lighting, illuminated signage, spot lights and pathway lights. 5. Ability to repair, troubleshoot and install minor low voltage wiring. 6. Ability to submit and obtain electrical and low voltage permits as needed. 7. Must be able to respond to emergency situations within 2 hours when applicable. 8. Must be able to accommodate weekend, evening and state holiday work if necessary. 2.2.2 Specifications for materials for each project shall be provided to the Contractor prior to starting work on a particular task. 2.2.3 Contractors shall provide the specified materials unless alternative materials are requested by the contractor and approved by the AOC or DC Contract Managers, or Designate in writing. 2.2.4 All work shall be coordinated with the AOC or DC Contract Managers, or Designate during the work initiation meeting. 2.2.5 Work that would interfere with the work of the Judiciary shall be accomplished outside of normal working hours of 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. 2.2.6 The completed project will be subject to inspection and approval of the AOC or DC Contract Managers, or Designate.
