Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFP is to engage consulting and coordination services for the planning, development and implementation of the enterprise UMD Salesforce system. The UMD Salesforce CRM system will be built to streamline communications and interactions with the following constituencies at a minimum: Prospective students Students Faculty Staff Alumni Donors Partners The UMD Salesforce implementation is intended to help create a single, unified view of the university’s interactions with prospective and current students, alumni, donors and affiliates using social, mobile, and cloud technologies to connect information from all those points of contact. Likewise, Salesforce is expected to help personalize and streamline relationships between the university and our prospective students, current students, alumni, partners, faculty, and staff to better serve and engage each constituency.
