Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pre-qualifying and awarding contract(s) to provide personnel, vehicles, and equipment to supplement existing school bus routes for student transportation to and from school in a safe, reliable and efficient manner. – Implementation of Driver and Attendant Services Awarded contractor(s) are expected to meet the established deadline for the hiring of drivers and attendants to implement transportation services for (contractor will not be required to provide buses during Year 1). Full Implementation of Student Transportation Services Contractors to provide official notification to PGCPS of its ability to provide full student transportation services for Year 2, including buses, drivers, attendants, etc. in time for school opening in September 2020. Official notification shall also include providing detailed information on availability of buses already in contractor’s fleet and/or submission of notarized documentation that buses have been purchased, as well as the anticipated date of availability for upcoming school year.
