1. Two Part Submission: Offerors shall submit proposals in separate volumes: • Volume I -Technical Proposal shall be submitted by the due date and time stated in the Key Information Summary Sheet. • Volume II – Financial Proposal shall be submitted by the due date and time on the Key information Sheet. 2. Two Part (Double Envelope) Submission: • Technical Proposal consisting of a searchable Adobe PDF format, and a second searchable Adobe copy of the Technical Proposal with confidential and proprietary information redacted. • Financial Proposal consisting of a financial proposal entered into the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet provided, a searchable Adobe PDF format, and a second searchable Adobe copy of the financial proposal with confidential and propriety information redacted.
