Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. The review process shall include primary and/or supplemental instructional materials and all corresponding ancillary materials. Examples of ancillaries might include, but are not limited to, digital resources, digital platforms, e-text, companion websites, teacher resources, workbooks, assessments, study guide, solutions manual, lab manuals, CDs, DVDs, and manipulatives. If CDs/online resources are included with the text, only a complete CD/online access will be accepted, samples are not acceptable. If there are multiple formats of any technology components (e.g. network, stand-alone, etc.), include all versions with your proposal for evaluation. All materials to be evaluated shall be listed on the Vendor Material Information Spreadsheet. b. If texts, or updated editions are in the process of being developed, vendor must describe the pending materials and anticipated due date on the Vendor Materials Information Spreadsheet. AACPS may review such materials, at its discretion and upon determination that it is in the best interest of the District. c. Publisher shall provide instructional materials in conformance with the standards as specified in the course descriptions. Two copies of each print student edition and print teacher edition shall be submitted. Only one copy of ancillary materials is required.
