Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor shall perform comprehensive inspection and visual examinations of each individual roof to precisely determine condition, location, and extent of defects (if any) on the buildings located in sections Exhibit A - Roof List every other year according to the following schedule: Second Year: June - September Fourth Year: June - September Sixth Year: June - September 2. If repairs are not made to a roof following the first inspection or prior to the second inspection, the Contractor shall include in the final report new problems (if any). 3. The Administration reserves the right to request an inspection of any building at any time. The Contractor shall be compensated according to the unit prices in Section P. 4. Inspections of listed buildings required or requested by the Administration during a year when routine inspections are not completed shall be compensated according to the list price found in Section P for the previous year. Inspections of non-listed building shall be compensated at rates similar to unit prices found in Section P.
