Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Renovations for the new Intake/Admissions and Vehicular Sallyport and Hospital Storage (bulk storage) within the space of the existing kitchen; demolition of the existing storage wing as footprint for the new kitchen addition; expansion of Central Control; renovations within the administrative suite for a uniformed officer staff break area; and roof replacement above various new and renovated areas. 2. All new construction and renovation areas, including outdated building systems and utility infrastructure, are designed to current building codes and standards. The phased renovation provides new and separate systems and infrastructure while maintaining the facility operations, existing systems and infrastructure, and patient and staff security.
