1. Replace 24 old and failing PTAC/Incremental units to include matching the existing BTU outputs of each of those units. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting each unit to ensure proper BTU output. 2. Provide and install all components for a fully operational system to include but not limited to all electrical (including low voltage) wiring, plumbing, insulation, thermostats (if applicable). 3. The replacement PTAC/Incremental units are to be replaced in kind. 4. All line sets to be properly supported as required by code, per manufacture specifications. 5. All layout, rigging, hoisting, lifting, and moving of equipment necessary to perform the work is to be provided by the Contractor. 6. The Contractor is to relocate and /or reconfigure any building components as necessary, such as but not limited to, any plumbing, electrical, mechanical, ductwork, ceiling grid and tiles, or any other obstacles necessary for the installation of the new components and equipment. 7. Work is to include any repairs of floors, walls, ceilings, or any other surface effected by the installation of the new work. 8. Code Compliance: IBC-2015, 1MC-2015, NFPA-2015, NEC 2014, IPC 2015, IEBC, 2015 and all other applicable codes and requirements of the local jurisdiction. 9. The contractor is to test all units to ensure they are working properly. 10. All work shall be completed within 180 calendar days from the date designated by the notice to proceed.
