Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Cooling System 1. Test coolant and submit a detailed Coolant Analysis Report with results of testing. The report must include, at a minimum, the glycol level protection, the acidity level, pH factors, sulfates, and total dissolved solids. 2. Check coolant level, and top-off with manufacturer-recommended coolant if low. 3. Run the unit for 15 minutes and record the water temperature. 4. Check heat exchange or hot well under normal operating conditions and record temperature. 5. Check water heater to ensure that it is operational and record temperature. 6. Inspect radiator, hoses, hose clamps, and coolant lines and connections for leaks. Tighten or replace as recommended by manufacturer.
