Specifications include, but are not limited to: Portable Toilets: Rental of approximately two (2) single unit portable toilets with weekly service for item #s 1001 – 1002 and (4) Handicap units with bi-weekly service for item #s 1003-1006 as outlined in the ‘Contract Bid Form’ section of this IFB, for a total of six (6) units. The portable toilets shall be of fiberglass or polyethylene construction, completely sanitary, capable of being locked from the inside, have a wall-mounted urinal (connected and drains into the waste-holding tank), have adequate hand sanitizer, service schedule, toilet paper holders and supply of toilet paper at all times and shall at all times meet local, state and federal health regulations. Two portable toilets at the Westminster location must be capable of being mounted on trailers and must be serviced between the hours of 7:30 A.M. & 9 A.M. Weekdays. SHA will be responsible for mounting on trailers. Servicing Portable Toilets: All units shall be serviced according to the schedule outlined on the ‘Contract Bid Form’. The unit holding tanks shall be pumped out thoroughly until empty. The entire inside and outside of the unit shall be cleaned free of dirt, mud, graffiti, dust, and all foreign matter. The inside of the unit shall be thoroughly sanitized and deodorized. The Contractor shall supply all toilet paper, as well as making repairs to any broken or malfunctioning components. The holding tank shall be chemically deodorized with a biodegradable chemical additive and the serviceman shall maintain a written, posted log on the unit indicating the dates of servicing. NOTE: Any unit which cannot be repaired on-site must be exchanged within forty-eight (48) hours by Contractor.
