Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall supply painting services as required for drywall trusses on the 300 level (3rd floor) west side of the Baltimore Convention Center. The contractor must be aware that the painting services includes minor patching and repairs to the drywall areas, such as below: Blow out patching Corner Bead repairs Crack repairs The contractor shall provide clean-up of job location. The contractor must provide material to protect the floors. The contractor must remove and dispose of all job related debris. The contractor must provide a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) or Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for all applicable products prior to the start of the services to the Project Supervisor. The contactor shall take into consideration that the operations of the Baltimore Convention Center agency’s functions must continue as usual during the progress of the work. Operations of the fire alarm, telecommunications, and interior fire alarm system, bells and telephone must not be interfered with. The safety of the public and employees requires that no work shall be done in any way to block the exitways or the exits themselves. Neither shall there any interference with the free and unobstructed use of the hallways, rooms, stairways, or toilet areas. All services are performed in accordance with the manufactures recommendations for paint and repairs. The Convention Center will be supplying the paint and will work with the contractor on quantity needed. All other supplies must be provided by the contractor, including but not limited to: Paint rollers Paint brushes Aerial work platforms Tarps and coverings
