Specifications include, but are not limited to: marketing units, managing the property, maintaining units, and providing financial services for the whole community. This includes performing all compliance and fair housing responsibilities, including reviewing reasonable accommodation requests. Provision of such services must be specifically tailored to the property’s unique configuration and affordability requirements. Marketing: Offerors are required to submit a proposed Marketing Plan for the properties listed herein with their proposal. This marking plan must reflect the following considerations: The unique nature of the property (see Exhibits A through D); The size and location of the property; The surrounding market; The nearest competitors with the applicable market comparisons; The amenities and attributes of the property; The deficiencies of the property and how to correct them; Advertising and collateral materials; Signage; and Tenant retention initiatives
