Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor Invoicing: Review construction Contractor’s monthly invoices. Advise City Schools of any revisions required prior to approval. 2. Meetings: Schedule and facilitate progress meetings. This includes biweekly Owner’s meetings, Contractor meetings, and additional meetings required to properly coordinate the work. Prepare project information for meetings with the City Schools project team, CEO, COO, School Board, and IAC as required. 3. Project Reporting: Interview the Owner, City, and State personnel to become knowledgeable of their needs, determine the type of information necessary, reporting format, frequency of various reports, and distribution requirements. Prepare and distribute a Project Status Report each month which will include schedule, progress photos, updated budget, cash flow, submittal status, RFP status, change order status, progress narrative, and quality.
