Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.The Offeror shall provide all necessary clinical staffing, management and supervision to conduct a program of occupational medical services, drug and alcohol screening, illness and minor injury care, bloodborne pathogens and other potentially infectious disease control as described herein. B.The Offeror shall be responsible for providing the needed resources for all general operational needs, including clinical support staff, administrative and clerical personnel and other staff to ensure a high quality program and excellent service. C.The Offeror shall provide ongoing management information including costs, savings and utilization reports, as well as specified information on demographics of those employees actively using the services by use of computerized information and provided to the County on a monthly or as needed basis. D.The Offeror shall submit technical responses reflecting complete awareness of and commitment to applying those Federal, State or County statutes, regulations and medical standards that apply to each item of work for which this proposal has been issued, and which are included in the appendices of this proposal.
