Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.FRD will call the vendor as early as possible onthe preceding Monday to order the desired number of cylinders. 2.The MDOT MAA will maintain the oxygen, nitrogen and calibration gas supply at specified locations within the ARFF building. These gaseous supplies will be kept in storage rooms that willbe made accessible to the vendor during regular business hours. Vendor shall call 410-859-7709 and notify the shift Division Chief after arriving at the specified gate, 3.In the event of an emergency, the FRD will notify the vendor that an emergency delivery is required. The vendor will have four (4) to six (6) hours to complete the delivery to the ARFF. 4.The successful vendor shall be prepared to provide a certificate of analysis of the gases supplied upon request by FRD authorized personnel. The certificate should state the type of analysis performed and its lowest detectable limits. 5.The purity of gases should be stated in either weight percent or volume percent and the units stipulated.
