Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment for the repair of Overhead Doors and Related Equipment at all of the various Baltimore City owned buildings. Such services shall be to repair and/or replace as needed Overhead Doors upon written request by the City of Baltimore, which will be based upon agreed time and material rates proposed in the Bid Sheet. B. Typical work assignments shall include: replacement of broken springs, shafts, bearings, rollers, cables, tracks, door panels, operators, hinges, electrical controls/wiring, photo eyes, loop sensors, control buttons, timers and other related door equipment. C. In response to emergency service calls for repair, replacement and/or maintenance the "Contract Field Supervisor" as listed on the Purchase Order will contact the Contractor. D. In an effort to keep all Overhead Door and Related Equipment in safe and reliable operating condition, work under this contract will not be limited to any one manufacturer's equipment. The Contractor is required to have experience with the repairing and/or replacement of various types of Overhead Mechanical Doors and Related Equipment, which includes: Rytec and High Speed Door Equipment. The Contractor should endeavor to make all required repairs both temporarily (if approved by the City) and permanently.
