The Contractor must restore SWM infrastructure to their intended purpose, maximize and maintain the efficiency of the infrastructure, and initiate repair and restoration efforts in a timely manner. Typical projects include, but are not limited to: i. Pond retrofit, pond vales; ii. Embankment stabilization; iii. Clearing debris blockages from riser inlets; iv. Repairing or replacing conveyances such as pipes, outfalls or grassed swales; v. Installing seepage control measures; vi. Removing accumulated sediments from pond basins; vii. Repairing animal burrows, depressions (sinkholes), and erosion gullies; viii. Concrete repairs to existing riser structures, pipes; ix. Repairing or replacing failing trash racks; x. Maintenance and repair of sand filters and bioretention facilities; and xi. Installing rip-rap and fences, permeable pavement and other associated tasks.
