Specifications include, but are not limited to: Restroom – Wash mirrors and basins, clean bright work, Clean and disinfect toilet seats, bowls, and urinals, empty trash can, disinfect and replace bag, when necessary. Restroom - Replenish soap, towels, and tissues. Replace sanitary napkins, if applicable. Dust mop and/or damp mop when necessary. Break Room – Sinks, countertops, kitchen tables and chairs shall be cleaned. Disinfected and free of smears, smudges, fingerprints, food, and trash provided sink is free of dishes. Chrome fixtures shined. Scour kitchens sink as needed. Break Room – Outside of the refrigerator and microwave shall be cleaned. Inside of the microwave shall be clean and free of food splatters. Disinfected, free of smears, smudges, fingerprints, food, and trash. Doorknobs and/or handles shall be cleaned with an antibacterial cleaner. Damp mop entrance and lobby areas, clean windows and vestibule doors and walls, when necessary. Wet mop when necessary. Sweep, dust mop and damp mop restroom floors. Wet mop floors when necessary. Wet mop all other non-carpeted floors in other areas of the building. Vacuum open area carpet and mats, when necessary. Inspect carpets, spot clean if necessary. Notify MDOT MVA personnel of problem spots. Damp wipe partitions, walls, ventilation louvers Spot clean doors, counters, walls and switches, when necessary to remove handprints and spots. Clean fingerprints and watermarks from drinking fountains with germicidal disinfectant and left in a streak-free condition, when necessary. Wastepaper Baskets and shredders emptied, and trash taken to outside dumpster, damp wiped, disinfect and replace bag, when necessary. Cigarette Urns (if any) – cleaned out, sanitized, and sand level maintained, when necessary.
