Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.3.1 Contractor shall conduct an accessibility test and provide the results in a written report. 2.3.2 The accessibility test shall include, but not be limited to the following: a. ADA compliance b. WCAG 2.0 standards c. Section 508 compliance d. Menu navigation e. Text and images f. Foreign language requirements 2.3.3 Contractor shall provide a solution to provide accessibility accommodations at browser level and meet ADA compliance regulations. 2.3.4 Contractor shall provide an advanced configuration tool allowing website visitors to effect accessibility changes instantly. At a minimum, the changes shall include capability to change font size, website colors, and enable screen reader settings. Integration should be simple with minimal code (i.e. JavaScript). 2.3.5 Ability to create and deliver customized reports. 2.3.6 Solution shall provide the ability to administer users. 2.3.7 Preferred integration with content management system (Drupal). 2.3.8 Provide document accessibility recommendations- with a particular emphasis on PDF files. 2.3.9 Automated auditing of site. 2.3.10 Provide and build a tailored short-term and long-term solution plan.
