Specifications include, but are not limited to: . All work shall be performed by two (2) contract employees to minimize disruption to facility operations. Normal work hours are Monday – Friday; commencing no later than 1:00 p.m. and not ending prior to 5:00 p.m. Prior approval by the Contract Manager must be obtained to perform work outside of those hours. The Contractor’s employees shall not be permitted access to the job site during non-working hours. The Contractor shall maintain accessibility for vehicular traffic to the facility throughout the duration of the project. The Contractor shall provide and install barricades, signs, etc. necessary to ensure public safety at all areas. Throughout the duration of the service contract, the Contractor shall maintain the work site in a safe, neat, and orderly manner. The Contractor shall take steps to prevent accumulation of debris and shall remove all spoiled and unused material. Disposal of all materials shall be in accordance with all applicable laws, codes and regulations. Certain areas of this facility will not be completely utilized, and will be cleaned as specified by the Contract Manager and Facility Maintenance Chief.
