Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The contractor is furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, overhead to include travel, and incidentals as necessary to complete the following: 1. The contractor will, three times weekly (Monday/Wednesday/Friday), clean the following bathrooms: Main Floor Bathroom - Breckinridge Office, Second Floor Bathroom – Breckinridge Office, Breckinridge Classroom Bathroom, Visitor Center Men’s and Women’s Bathroom, Pavilion Men’s and Women’s Bathroom, Administrative Office Bathroom, Maintenance Office Bathroom, and 1932 Barn Bathroom (10 in total). Cleaning of Bathrooms will include: a) sweeping and mopping of floors, b) cleaning of all plumbing fixtures including toilets, urinals, and sinks, c) the removal of all trash to JPPM dumpsters. JPPM will furnish paper products; such as toilet paper, paper towels and sanitary bags, and supplies such as hand soap, at individual locations. JPPM will also have cleaning supplies and tools available, if the company choses to use them. B. The contractor will begin work within 7 calendar days upon receiving the notice to proceed date. C. The building(s) will be occupied during all phases of this project. The contractor will plan and execute all work in such a manner as to reduce interference with the normal function of the building(s). 1. The contractor will always keep all driveways and walkways clear of materials, debris, etc. times so there will be no interference with the usual traffic serving the building(s). D. If it is not possible for contractor to avoid interference with the normal use of the building or area, the work shall be performed at such a time or times as mutually agreed upon between the contractor and the Executive Director of JPPM or a designee.
