Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Maryland Judiciary Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is seeking proposals from prospective Offerors to provide up to three (3) Service Desk Technicians resources to support the Judicial Information Systems (JIS). These assignments will involve state-based travel, some of it requiring overnight travel. The JIS Service Desk has a primary responsibility to provide excellent customer service to every customer, every time, in a timely fashion. The Service Desk provides support to a continuously growing population of over 5,000 Judiciary Users in over 70 locations, including 24 Circuit Courts, 31 District Courts, and other Judiciary Partner locations throughout the State of Maryland
