This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Simplified Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, and 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, provisions apply to this acquisition.
The applicability of FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services provisions, and the specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision, do not apply to this acquisition.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being solicited as a SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE and the Government contemplates a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with cost reimbursable travel will result from this solicitation. The Solicitation Number is 75F40125R00045. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05 dated March 2020. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training Services. No further solicitation will be issued.
The Government reserves the right to award a purchase order/contract without additional communication if the Contracting Officer determines that the initial offer(s) is/are the Best Value and additional communications are not necessary.
