Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Repair existing bridge mounted insulated 4-inch waterline deflection
at 126’-3” from South side abutment Test Pit (as observed through
the Camera Inspection) including all pipe appurtenances but not
limited to pipe fittings, joint harness assemblies, insulation stainless
steel jacket assembly, U Bolt hanger assembly to realign the existing
pipe before starting epoxy lining restoration.
2. In-Place Restoration Epoxy Lining of existing bridge mounted 4-inch
waterline approximately two hundred and twenty- four feet (224 LF)
and approximately twenty-five to seventy-five feet (25-75 LF) of
underground 4-inch waterline on either side of the existing bridge
abutments.
3. Remove and properly dispose of existing two valves north of existing
bridge. Also, cap off existing waterline and install necessary fittings
to connect the existing waterline upon removal of the valve as per
Baltimore County standard details.
4. Install necessary valve vault, anchorage blocks and thrust blocks
associated with above mentioned work as per State Highway
Administration and Baltimore County Standards and details.
5. Proper disposal of debris from the jobsite.
6. Final site restoration and stabilization, including back filling of the
pits and asphalting of the road surface and establishment damaged
vegetative cover to its original conditions.
