Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.2.1General Requirements:3.2.1.1For the period of September 30th, 2020-March 30th, 2022, the Applicant shall meet ongoing deliverables and programmatic responsibilities outlined in 3.2. Deliverables are listed in order of highest priority. Unless otherwise noted, the deliverables are annual work products with the first deliverable to be completed by September 30th, 2021. The Project is to be completed by March 30th, 2022. 3.2.2Group Pilot Development Parameters: 3.2.2.1 Conduct a literature review to inform an evidence-based curriculum. Develop a curriculum and evaluation plan to improve coping, self-care, and emotion regulation related to work stress. The intervention is expected to be 4-6 weeks, composed of weekly 90 minute sessions. Groups should accommodate up to 10 participants. Sessions must be provided by a licensed, certified social worker – clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who is experienced in facilitating groups and DBT. The intervention must also be able to be administered via webinar or online platform in the event isolation precautions or stay at home orders are implemented. 3.2.3Group Implementation Parameters: 3.2.3.1 Groups should be conducted by a social worker with LCSW-C level licensure Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). The implementation should follow the guidelines outlined in the model and evaluated for its effectiveness in improving symptoms and skills related to work stress. The Applicant will be responsible for scheduling, program management, food, procurement, space, supplies, and equipment needed to facilitate the group. The Applicant must adhere to the curriculum to ensure the efficacy of the intervention.
