Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall: 2.3.1 Provide three hundred and five (305) black faux leather guest chairs that hold up to 300 lbs. The chairs shall be solid wood construction, with padded faux leather cushion and arms. Chairs with wheels or that are adjustable are not acceptable; 2.3.2 Provide brand new chairs (substitution and refurbished chairs are not acceptable); 2.3.3 Meet the required chair of dimensions a. Dimensions: Approximately 27” W x 29” D x37” H b. Seat dimensions approximately 22” W x 21” D x 20”H; 2.3.4 Provide guest chairs that are assembled prior to delivery; 2.3.5 Provide inside delivery, assembly, installation, clean up and disposal of all packing materials; 2.3.6 Deliver guest chairs to the individual offices and cubicles: at DJS Headquarters located at 217 E. Redwood Street, Baltimore, MD 21202 2.3.7 Provide a dolly to transport the guest chairs inside the building (pallets are not allowed inside the building). Delivery shall be to offices and cubicles on multiple floors; 2.3.8 Provide a minimum of two (2) year workmanship warranty for the guest chairs. Warranty shall include but limit to: reclining mechanism, wooden frame parts and spring systems against manufacturing and material defects, defective parts on seat cushion foams and filling materials; and 2.3.9 Deliver chairs approximately two (2) weeks after contract award has been made. Guest chairs shall be delivered on a weekday after 5:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. or a Saturday/Sunday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
