Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Meet with the College leadership and help us identify institutional priorities where federal funding is available• Research all federal grant opportunities and identify those3 that are well suited for the College. • Create an annual schedule of grant opportunities for the College to pursue. • With the assistance of the College’s Grants Coordinator, lead the College’s submittal of at least one significant federal grant per quarter or 4 grant submittals per year. • Provide the College with a vast network of grant writers who have differing areas of knowledge as it applies to federal higher education grants. • Schedule and attend meetings with the Program Officers in key federal agencies. • Provide access to workshops, webinars and training that positions the College and enhances the College’s Grants Coordinator and writer and faculty’s skillsets. • Assistance with private foundations is a plus.
